Bridesmaid Alteration Appointments
Bridesmaid fittings need to be started 1 month prior to wedding date. Alterations rush fee of $30 will be added on to alterations charges if first fitting is less than 1 month prior to the wedding date. Changes in alteration appointment times must occur 48 hours in advance, or a $50 fee will be charged.

What should I bring to my bridal appointment?
You don't have to bring anything. A lot of brides like to bring a strapless bra to their appointment. Some like to bring some type of heel so they can see how it would look. We do ask that undergarments remain on while trying on bridal gowns for sanitary purposes.

How long are the appointments?
The bridal appointments last about an hour and 15 minutes. This allows the bride to try on 10 dresses depending on how long she stays in each dress.

Can we bring food or drinks?
To keep our sample gowns in the best condition possible, we do enforce a "no food or drink" policy.

Do you offer alterations?​
Yes! We have one in-house seamstress who has many years of experience working with bridal gowns and social occasion dresses. 

What is a "Trunk Show"?
We carry an edited selection of each designer's collection. During trunk shows we have a larger selection of dresses in store from a specific designer. Typically the trunk show takes place over a weekend or for a short period of time. Appointments do fill up quickly so be sure to claim your spot early.

Do I need an appointment?
We do not require appointments during the week; however, Saturdays are our busiest days so we do require appointments then. An appointment will ensure that you have a fitting room and a consultant to assist you.​ Weekend appointments sometimes fill up several weeks in advance so make sure to plan ahead. Weekday appointments tend to be more private & quiet if that's more your style!

Do I need to make an appointment to look at bridesmaid dresses?
We do not require appointments for bridesmaid dress shopping, unless you are coming in on a Saturday. Saturday's tend to be more busy and to make sure we have a room available, we require an appointment.

When should I order my bridesmaid dresses?
You should order your bridesmaid dresses 5-6 months before your wedding date. This time frame will allow the dresses to arrive with plenty of time to do any alterations that may be needed for your dresses.

Can I take pictures at your store?
Not all designers allow their dresses to be photographed prior to purchase, so make sure you ask permission first.  At Stone Manor Bridal, we DO ALLOW you to take pictures of any of the dresses in our store. We realize that sometimes it is hard to make a decision right away when comparing dresses. Make sure to make a second appointment to retry on the dresses you love.

What is a "Sample Sale"?
Many stores host a "Sample Sale" to make room for new inventory for that year. We offer a certain percentage off on select gowns when they are purchased off the rack. These gowns are sold as is.

Do you have plus size wedding dresses?
Yes!  We currently have dresses in our store up to size 28.  We are a current partner in the Everybody Everybride selection with Essense of Australia and Stella York.  Give us a call to see if we have the style you are looking for. 

When do I need to order my Wedding Dress?
To ensure that your wedding dress will arrive on time, we ask that you place your order 8-10 months before your wedding date. This allows enough time for your wedding dress to arrive and for alterations without any additional charges for rush fees.

Group Size
We are a small boutique with limited seating. If you have more guests, available appointment times may be more limited. We ask that you be respectful of other brides and try to limit your guests to 8-10. In order to ensure everyone's comfort, please no more than 10 guests.

Can I cancel an order or return a dress?
All sales are final. As all dresses are made-to-order there are no cancels, returns, or exchanges.
