When should I begin gown shopping?

We recommend you start shopping for your bridal gown 8 to 12 months before your wedding date. We recommend you start shopping for your bridesmaids gowns 6 months before your wedding date.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not required, however they are appreciated. Making an appointment allows for our staff to organize in advance and make your entire experience more enjoyable. We are able to plan for the friends and family that may join you in your gown search. You can use our easy online form to request a specific appointment time. We will email or call to advise you of your scheduled appointment time.

Can I order a style I don’t see in your store?

Absolutely, we are able to order any style of gown from our vendors. Our knowledgeable staff will assist you to make sure you get the style, color, and size of bridal or bridesmaid gown you have in mind.

What is the average price of a bridal gown?

At Stone Manor Bridal we have a large selection of gowns ranging from $450 to $3000.

Do I have to pay for the entire dress at purchase?

We require half of the price of the gown when it is ordered and the remaining balance is due 21 days after notification the dress has arrived at our store from the manufacturer.

After my order is placed, how long does it take to receive the gown?

Your bridal gown should arrive at Stone Manor Bridal 16 to 20 weeks after the order is placed. It will be sent directly from the manufacturer to our store. Our staff checks each gown individually to make sure it meets with Stone Manor Bridal’s high standards. We also hand press the gown to have it looking its best for your fitting. We will contact you to let you know your dress has arrived and to arrange additional shipping if needed. Under special circumstances, we are able to 'rush' the delivery of gowns. However, it is recommended you order your bridal gown 8 to 12 months and bridesmaid gowns 6 months prior to your wedding date to allow time for delivery, alterations, and bridesmaids schedules.

Do you Carry Bridesmaids Gowns?

Yes! We have an excellent selection of bridesmaids gowns. Some of the brands we carry are: Bill Levkoff, Mori Lee, Bari Jay, Raylia Designs, and Ava Collection.

New styles and brands are added often.

Can I complete the entire look at Stone Manor Bridal?

Yes! We carry a very large selection of headpieces, veils, shoes, and accessories. We also carry bridesmaid and flower girl dresses.

Do you sell shoes, jewelry, and undergarments?

Yes. We have a large selection of shoes and jewelry for brides, bridesmaids, and flower girls. We carry crinoline slips to add just the right amount of fullness to your gown. We also carry a wide range of long line strapless bras that will complement your figure in your gown.

Fitting Questions

When should I schedule my first fitting?

We recommend you schedule your fitting with one of our experienced seamstresses, approximately 2 months before the wedding.

What should I bring to my first fitting?

You will need to bring the shoes and undergarments you plan on wearing on your wedding day. Stone Manor Bridal has a large selection of shoes, undergarments, and accessories to complete your look.
